Levels of Giving
- Founders Club---Platinum--$10,000 and over---donor will receive free quarterly newsletter, name added to the Platinum online wall of giving, crystal or platinum plaque, pen/pencil set and an invitation to the AAO S4L annual reception.
- Share-A-Smile---Gold--$2500.00 to $10,000.00---donor will receive free quarterly newsletter, name added to the Gold online wall of giving, gold plaque, and a pen/pencil set.
- Supporters of a Smile---Silver--$1000.00 to $2500.00---donor will receive free quarterly newsletter, name added to the Silver online wall of giving, certificate of appreciation and a pen/pencil set.
- Memberships---Bronze--$250 to $1000.00—donor will receive free quarterly newsletter, name added to the Bronze online wall of giving and certificate of appreciation.
- Donors---Gifts of $1-$249 donor will receive a free quarterly newsletter and letter of acknowledgement.
